                      WANG Yong-Jun Director of Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, the Chairman of Neurology Center and the Vice Chairman of China National Clinical Research Center for Neurological Diseases. He is Director of Quality Control Center of Neurology Department, National Health and Family Planning Commission, Executive Vice President of Chinese Stroke Association, the chief physician, and the supervisor of postdoctoral, doctoral and master students

                    • 摘要: 本文旨在提出一個智慧化時代的集智能化管理、智能化運營與智能化診療為一體的智慧醫院解決方案, 即基于平行醫學的平行醫院. 平行醫院以虛實互動的平行思想為核心理念, 以突出人以及其社會因素的信息物理社會系統(CPSS)作為基礎設施, 以平行思想的人工場景、計算實驗與平行執行(ACP)理論為指導理論構建了虛實交互的新一代智慧化醫院管理系統. 對比了當前信息系統存在的缺陷, 提出智慧醫院操作系統的概念, 對醫院的資源進行邏輯化統一管理, 重點介紹了對醫院不同設備以及建筑等硬件設施的數字化、虛擬化以及相互交互, 參與人員數字化與虛擬化及其虛實交的智能化系統構建. 在醫院操作系統的應用層, 基于ACP理論的智能化系統通過虛實交互的智能化運行模式, 最終落實閉環、反饋、精準的收斂. 我們通過對天壇醫院的平行醫院實踐案例—天壇智慧大腦進行了案例分析, 印證了本文所提出的智慧化醫院操作系統的可行性與科學性.
